2452TheGameUnleashed, Rules and Regulations
- Players are only allowed to have one account, owning two or more accounts will result in all accounts being jailed, if you are on the same IP as another player, mail staff and let them know.
- You are responsible for whatever happens on your account, don't give out your password to anyone.
- Game rated M (Mature) may have content that may be suitable for persons ages 17 and older.
Game may contain intense violence, blood and gore, some sexual content and/or strong language.
If you are unsure about what the limits may be to content you can use, contact MaKaVeLLi (Player Id #1).
- Profile images with extreme nudity, profanity, or otherwise offensive images will be removed, and will result in jail time.
- Do not spam the staff's mailbox. If you have a problem, only send one message . They will deal with your problem in a timely manner, but do not mail them repeatedly, or mail multiple staff members.
- Do not harass other players. This will not be tolerated and will result in Jail time.
- Scamming will not be tolerated. Any attempt to scam in this game will result in permanent Jail time.
- If you know of someone with multi accounts or that is cheating, please report it to a member of staff.
- The account owner is responsible for their accounts actions at all times. This means that if anyone logs into your account you are held responsible. Keep your email and password secure.
- The selling of game accounts, currency or anything within the game for either real money or in another game currency is not permitted. Any player found doing so will get a 90 day jail sentence.
- Logging in to, or using another person's account without express permission will result in deletion of any/all of the offender's accounts. You cannot share an account but you may take control of a friends account for a period of no more than 14 days in which time there is to be no interaction between your account and the account you have taken control of. This includes donating to the gang of your account.
- If you bought a donator pack(s), there is not a way to recieve a refund for the purchase(s). You will not be refunded if you get put in fedjail. However, if the game is reset you may be credited for the donator pack(s) that you purchased.
- If you file a claim with Paypal to recieve a refund for the purposes of this game, your account will be suspended.
- One man gangs are not allowed; one member in a gang war with another gang or gangs is not fair to the other players. Once you create a gang you must recruit at least 2 members other then yourself before declarring a war. You also must NOT declare war on a one man gang. This will cause your gang to be immediately deleted.
- Common sense rules are not posted here, if you can't determine the difference between what is ok, and what is not, you should consider not interacting with other people until you do understand.
- The use of Macro programs (refreshers) in the game is monitored and strictly prohibited. Violators of this rule will be Jailed and Banned from the game immediately ! ! !
- The use of multiple windows/tabs for attacking purposes in the game is monitored and strictly prohibited. Violators of this rule will be Jailed immediately ! ! !
- You or anyone else may not take any legal action against 2452TheGameUnleashed, it's owners, and/or it's players for any reason whatsoever.
- We may take legal action agaisnt you for any reason we deem necessary.
- These rules are subject to change without notice, so check them from time to time, as ignorance will not be accepted as an excuse.
